Interest rates still remain low, Buyers have opportunities in this Seller’s Market
Interest rates remain low providing opportunities for Buyers to compete in this Seller’s market. The new single-family home median sales price jumped up 21.8% from $815,000 to $992,500 compared to one year ago, while the condo median sales price rose 8.0% from $440,000 to $475,000 above last July’s median price.
Of course, I am always happy to be called by Sellers to take a listing. I am also very excited that I am able to successfully assist Buyers.
