Aloha, According to the Honolulu Board of Realtors, inventory is increasing. Prices are holding steady. Year-over-year the median price for single family homes remained unchanged at $1,100,000, while condos saw a 1.9% increase to $525,000. Here are the October 2024 Market Statistics from HBR.
