Buyers are waiting for prices to drop, sellers are waiting for prices to increase and everyone is waiting for mortgage interest rates to decrease. Meanwhile, there are mixed results in each of these categories and once again, property sales and prices vary by neighborhood. Mililani continues to see a rather robust market while Hawaii Kai is down in number of sales by about 50%.
