According to the Honolulu Board of Realtors, year-to-date, total sales volume is 2.4% behind 2024 levels for single-family homes and 5.1% behind for condos.
Oahu prices were also slightly down.
As always, all real estate is local. Sales in Hawaii Kai, Kailua and Kaimuki remain strong and slightly higher in price.
