Single-family homes continue to move into escrow quickly, spending a median of 8 days on the market.
Increased activity continues in the condo market which has set a new record of just 11 median days into escrow. Nevertheless, the current condo median sales price of $460,000 is still shy of the July 2019 record of $461,500.
