According to recently released resales by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, the monthly median sales price for both single-family homes and condos fell 4.5% year-over-year. The single-family home monthly median sales price in June was $1,050,000, and $510,000 for condos. Inventory is still low and most properties enter a contract in just over two weeks.
