Welcome to Aloha Friday with Judy! And welcome to Kuliouou Beach Park! This lovely oasis is perfect for families, friends, and dogs. There’s lots of green space, easy access to the ocean and even a basketball court. This park is accessed through Bay Street just off Kalanianaʻole Highway and just before Hawaii Kai. While we are having fun, I am reminding people about September 30th deadline to file for a property tax exemption. For owner occupants in Honolulu, each is entitled to a property exemption on assessed value of $120,000 or $160,000 if over 65 years of age.
