According to the Honolulu Board of Realtors, Oʻahu’s housing market closed out the third quarter with mixed activity: quarterly sales of single-family homes rose 9.3% year-over-year, while condo sales declined 2.7%.
It remains a very mixed market with prices holding fairly steady.
