Prices in both single family homes and condominiums have held steady since this time last year; However, both inventory and number of sales have decreased, single family sales by 28.2% and condos by 18.5%.
Higher interest rates have some buyers sitting on the sidelines. Clearly there are still many buyers as the median days on market has been 16 days in July sales.
