According to the Honolulu Board of Realtors, O‘ahu’s housing market continued to see a slight softening in sales in September compared with last September. Neighborhoods often show a different picture. For example, Kailua and Hawaii Kai single-family sales increased in number while Ewa Plains experienced a rather significant decrease in year-over-year sales.
