But a new report from Zillow finds that updating your home with eco-friendly or eco-resistant features may help sellers get a better price for their house on the market as well as sell it up to 10 days faster.
At the top of the list are electric vehicle charging stations (9.5 days faster), All help sell a home faster than homes without. Also, on the list are tankless water heaters (2 days
faster), drought-resistant landscaping (9.2 days faster), and smart sprinkler systems (4.9 days faster).

It is summertime and travel time for our family! Emma took her two younger boys Easton and Keagan to football camps throughout the western states. Easton, a junior and quarterback at Kaiser High School, has already been offered at least one full scholarship. Keagan, a sophomore and receiver at Kaiser High School, got to celebrate his 16th birthday in Las Vegas.
Antoinette is taking a week off from her deputy defender work to visit her two year old Godchild and explore Seattle! Hubby Josh will be joining her when he completes meetings in San Diego. Gorgeous scenery and great company!
Kudos to Ferguson Hawaii
The problems with my Frigidaire Professional Refrigerator began just before the year warranty was to expire.
A repairman attended to it and it worked for another couple of months. Then it didn’t and we were past our warranty
I called Ferguson Hawaii from where we had purchased the fridge. Myles, the manager, could not have been more helpful. He sent over a loaner fridge to give me time to purchase another while they reimbursed me for the entire cost of the now totally non-functional Frigidaire.
Kudos to Ferguson Hawaii! Wow!
