Why Builders and Developers Should Be Constructing More Aging-ready Homes
Come 2034, there will be more adults aged sixty-five and older than children, according to U.S. Census Bureau projections. This change has major implications for the home building industry, and it’s adapting by creating age-friendly housing. They’re also building communities that offer walkability and opportunities for socializing, which improves the quality of life for everyone. Are we ready in Hawaii?
